The accommodation comprises a pleasant, light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, designed to combine comfort and practicality for everyday living. The sleeping area, in a semi-separate room, offers a cosy and intimate retreat.

You’ll also have a functional bathroom, as well as a private terrace — a true extension of the living space, perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco or savouring the balmy Var evenings.

Set in a quiet and secure environment, this studio is the ideal base from which to explore the wonders of Giens and its surroundings: fine sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, trips to Porquerolles, water sports and walks in the countryside.
