This charming triplex, measuring around 50 m², is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people, offering a comfortable and practical setting to make the most of your stay on the Var coast.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a lovely furnished terrace, ideal for sharing convivial moments outdoors.

On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, you’ll find a second bedroom with a double bed, offering a comfortable and private place to rest.

The residence has a pétanque court, perfect for enjoying a convivial moment with family or friends.

As for parking, you’ll have a private parking space within the residence. Free parking spaces are also available on the street, as well as a free public car park nearby, to make your arrival and getting around easier.

Facilities: air conditioning throughout the property, Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, garden furniture.

To be paid on arrival: security deposit of €500 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (at the current rate), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: €85.
